15 Glorious Wonders In Iceland That Will

Iceland

Explore Iceland, an island country in Northern Europe, located in the Atlantic Ocean. Geographically closer to the American continent due to its proximity to Greenland, the country is culturally and historically linked to Europe. Located about 250 km south of the Arctic Circle, it is the most populous city in the country with 130,000 inhabitants and considered the “greenest city in the world”: there are 410 m2 of green spaces per inhabitant. The country's political, industrial, commercial and cultural activities are concentrated in Reykjavík. A trip to Iceland, land of extremes and contrasts, at the edge of the polar circle, here is the opportunity for a fabulous lesson in geology; Volcanoes, glaciers, lava fields, waterfalls, geothermal areas, natural baths and black sand beaches make up wild landscapes which, depending on the sky and the lighting, evoke the beginning or the end of the world.

Breathtaking landscapes and “supernatural” places, the island of fire and ice cultivates its mystery. To complete this Icelandic discovery, do not hesitate to go hunting for the Northern Lights in an extraordinary panorama!
