DAY

1

FRANCE / STOCKHOLM

Flight to Skellefteå or Luleå via Stockholm. Reception at the airport and transfer to your accommodation located a few kilometers from the kennel. Installation in your house for the week. We take our first meal together and take advantage of this moment to take stock of the progress of the stay.

DAY

DISCOVERING THE SAME CULTURE, SKIING AND UNUSUAL NIGHTS

Here, the ancestral practice is reindeer herding, a practice still perpetuated to this day, which you will discover. You are greeted by a breeder, who shows you around his farm and shows you around the reindeer. You have lunch together then continue your discovery around the wood fire. After this wonderful moment of exchanges, you go on skis to your unusual accommodation located in the middle of a lake. You use Altaï skis, the snow-covered forests in which you advance are the territory of a vast wild fauna, and it is possible in winter to observe elk, ptarmigan or even capercaillie ... After crossing the frozen lake , you discover 3 cabins located on an island, where you will spend the night. Friendly meal in the main hut then you have to watch out for the possible appearance of the Northern Lights above the lake!

DAY
DOG SLED
You will go on an adventure with your sled dogs! You join the kennel, where your musher gives you all the theoretical explanations that allow you to control your dogs and the trajectory of your sled You then discover the paths winding in the middle of the forest, the frozen lakes and learn as you go your progress in anticipating the movements of your dogs. At noon, meal in the heart of nature, around a good wood fire! You then take back control of your team, to return to the kennel in the afternoon. For those who wish, you can go to the sauna to relax after this beautiful day or visit the Gammelstad.
DAY

4

NORTHERN LIGHTS OBSERVATION

This day is dedicated to enjoying the magical landscapes of the region by yourself, at your own pace.
At the end of the day, a transfer takes you to the foot of a chairlift. A very cold equipment is given to you, and here you are on a chairlift which takes you to more than 900m above sea level, and most likely, beyond the clouds. You will then discover, perched on top of a mountain, an observation station of the Northern Lights. Designated as one of the best places in the world to observe the Northern Lights, the resort is ideally located on a geographic level, with over 200 nights of observation per year. After having discovered the different rooms devoted to this phenomenon, you settle down with a warm blanket on the terrace, to observe the dawn. A gourmet dinner will be served to you during the evening. The station is open until 1:00 a.m., the end of the ideal viewing period. Return to your accommodation at night.

Morning transfer by airport shuttle to Stockholm international airport and flight to Paris.
